Prices include prepaid shipping both ways. The final price is confirmed after we open the machine, and nothing is repaired until you approve it.
How to ship it
- Send the main body with the battery attached and the cleaner head. Wands, tools and the charger can stay home unless they are part of the problem.
- Empty the bin and pack it with padding on every side.
- Airwrap and Supersonic: send the dryer or styler with its cable; attachments only if they are part of the problem.
- We text you the prepaid UPS label and the address after we reply to your request.
Questions
Can I just replace the battery myself?
Often, yes — on most V-series models it is two or three screws, and a pulsing machine with an old battery usually needs nothing else. If a new battery does not fix it, the fault is in the machine, and that is what we repair.
Which Dyson models do you repair?
Cordless V8, V10, V11, V12, V15 Detect, Gen5detect and Outsize; the 360 Vis Nav robot; Airwrap and Supersonic. Older corded upright and canister models too.
Are you a Dyson service center?
No. We are an independent repair shop. If your machine is under Dyson’s warranty, use the warranty first — it costs you nothing.
How much does a Dyson repair cost?
It depends on the model and the part, so we quote after a free estimate. Shipping both ways is included in the quote. If you say no to the quote, the $69 deposit covers return shipping and that is all you pay.
How long does it take?
7–12 days door to door.
