Robot vacuum repair — Roborock, Dreame, Ecovacs and Roomba

A $1,400 robot that throws a LiDAR error is usually one sensor away from working again. Send the robot — not the dock — and we fix the module that failed. Repairs from $249, shipping both ways included.

Models we see: Roborock S7, S8, Qrevo, Saros; Dreame L10s, L20, X40, X50; Ecovacs Deebot X1, X2, T20, T30; Dyson 360 Vis Nav; iRobot Roomba j, s and i series.

What the price includes

  • Diagnosis, the repair, a mapping and cleaning test on our floor, and a short video of it working.
  • Common parts — LDS modules, wheel and brush motors — are in the price. Batteries and main boards are quoted before any work.
  • Prepaid shipping both ways, and a 90-day warranty on the repair.

How to ship it

The full mail-in process →

  • Send the robot only, with its battery in. Leave the dock or self-empty station at home — on flagship models it is the size of a small trash can and would cost more to ship than the repair.
  • If the dock itself is the problem (will not empty, will not wash the mop), tell us in the form and we will advise before you ship anything.
  • Empty the bin and the water tank, take off the mop pads and pack the robot with padding on every side.
  • We text you the prepaid UPS label and the address after we reply to your request.

Questions

Which robots do you repair?

Roborock (S7, S8, Qrevo, Saros), Dreame (L10s, L20, X40, X50), Ecovacs Deebot (X1, X2, T20, T30), Dyson 360 Vis Nav and iRobot Roomba (j, s and i series).

My robot is under warranty. Should I send it to you?

No — use the manufacturer’s warranty first. We are an independent shop and opening the robot may affect the factory warranty.

Is it worth fixing a robot vacuum?

For a flagship that cost $900–1,700, almost always: most faults are a $20–70 module and an hour on the bench. Repairs start from $249 with shipping included. For an older entry-level robot we will tell you if a new one makes more sense.

Can I ship the battery?

Yes. Robot vacuum batteries are small enough to ship by ground in the robot. Leave it installed.

What if it cannot be fixed?

If you say no to the quote, the $69 deposit covers return shipping and that is all you pay.
