How to ship it
- For a motor or cord problem, send the canister. For a power brush or controls problem, send the power brush with the hose and wand — the fault is often in the wiring between them.
- Remove the bag and pad the box on every side.
- We text you the prepaid UPS label and the address after we reply to your request.

Which Miele models do you repair?

Are you a Miele service center?
No. We are an independent repair shop. If your machine is under Miele’s warranty, use the warranty first.
How much does a Miele repair cost?
We quote after a free estimate; shipping both ways is included in the quote. If you say no to the quote, the $69 deposit covers return shipping and that is all you pay.
How long does it take?
