Prices include prepaid shipping both ways. The final price is confirmed after we open the machine, and nothing is repaired until you approve it.
How to ship it
- Send the main unit. Add the power nozzle, hose and wand if the problem is in the nozzle or the controls.
- Remove bags, empty any water basin and let it dry, and pad the box on every side.
- We text you the prepaid UPS label and the address after we reply to your request.
Questions
Do you repair machines sold door to door?
Yes. Filter Queen, TriStar, Hyla and Aerus / Lux machines are built like Kirby and Rainbow — heavy, metal and repairable. The original dealer is often gone; we are not.
Do you repair Shark, Hoover or Bissell?
Usually not: on most of those models the repair costs more than a new machine. If yours is a higher-end model, ask — we will tell you honestly.
How much does it cost?
We quote after a free estimate; shipping both ways is included in the quote. If you say no to the quote, the $69 deposit covers return shipping and that is all you pay.
How long does it take?
